Maya Shoham is an NYC based actress, writer and amateur baker. She creates and performs art that defies people’s expectations, art that strengthens our empathy, and art that makes us talk to one another. 

 

Past credits include playing Sasha in the New American Ensemble’s production of Ivanov at the West End Theatre ("A start-to-finish triumph", Sarah Holdren for Vulture), starring in the Off-Broadway plays Phantasmagoria, Best Friends, and co-producing, co-writing, and starring in The Ultimate Manic Pixie Dream Girl Speed-Dating Competition.

Most recently, she premiered her one-woman show In Other Words at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
